Small and light packages can be delivered to your mailbox.

What if my order is delayed?

In the event of a possible delay, you have the right to cancel the purchase if you do not agree to a new delivery time. If you want to cancel your purchase due to a delayed delivery and have paid in advance, your money will be returned to the payment method you submitted when you placed the order.

You can’t order a product which is not in store/or is not available for purchase. Therefore, a delay can only be caused by something which has affected our warehouse or at delivery.
