Can I return the product?
You have the right to regret your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the day you received the product.
You don’t have a right to return your purchase if the total price is less than 400 SEK. The right of withdrawal does not apply if you have purchased any of the following products:
- Single copies of newspapers and journals.
- Products specially manufactured upon your request and has a clear personal tough (e.g. photos).
- Products which for health or hygiene reasons have been sealed and you have unsealed them.
- Digital products after you have started to download or stream these.
How do I return the product?

Upon return, you bear the risk for the product until we have received it. For your return to be approved, the product must be returned in good condition. We have the right to make deductions on the repayment amount if the product has been dealt with in a way, which is not necessary to examine it and if it is returned in worse condition than the condition you received it.
NOTE! It is you as a customer which has the financial responsibility for you return to be delivered to us. Note the package ID on the package which you send in return to us and ask for a receipt.
What is the cost for returning an item?
You are responsible for the delivery cost of the return.
How do I exchange a product?
For the time being we do not offer exchanges.
How do I make a complaint for a product?
Information about defective products, wrong delivery or transport damage should be given to us within “reasonable time” from when the defect was detected. A complaint made within 2 months from when the defect was detected is always considered to be done within a reasonable time. According to The Swedish Consumer Purchase Act (Konsumentköplagen) you have a three-year right to make a complaint.
To complain about the product, contact us and notify the reason for the complaint.
If we determine that this is a valid complaint, we will send out a return label which you can use for free return of your product.
As soon as we have received and processed your complaint, we will either send out a replacement item or credit the cost of the product depending on what you want.
We always follow The National Board for Consumer Complaints (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden) recommendations. In the event of a complaint dispute we advise you to contact The National Board for Consumer Complaints. Always remember to make a copy of your complaint if a dispute should arise.
When will I get my refund?
The refund of a valid return takes place within 30 days.
